The winner hereby acknowledges the following in order to claim the prize:

  • The winner needs to respond within 24 hours of the official notification inbox message, otherwise the prize is forfeited and will not be sent out.

  • The winner needs to be 18 or older in order to receive the prize.

  • Each prize is competition specific.

  • The winner cannot request a different prize than which was stated on the competition details.

  • The prize is not transferable or refundable or exchangeable for cash.

  • Delivery address provided needs to be near a city center and NOT in an informal settlement.
